This is one of those grates around trees downtown. Pretty ubiquitous, but it looks pretty nice. I like the weathering, and the lines. Symmetry, etc.

What a chilled vista, huh. You can see my building, it’s the last one on the left. New rule, all photos must have a shot of Science World in them. Maybe.
$1.00 Each - Chinatown, Vancouver
It’s been sunny all week, I’ve been walking around talking lots of pictures. This is in a vacant lot just off of Main St.
Twin Towers - Woodwards
This is the alley outside between the two Woodwards towers. Again with the architectural vibe. The sunny day really lights everything up (except for the sky.) I’m still trying to figure out how to shoot different lighting conditions, so this one was a bit of a miss. Still looks interesting enough, from a detail perspective.
Staircase - Woodwards
I’m trying to take more architectural photos, lately. This has some great lines, and some interesting colour. I don’t really know what it is, but it kind of looks like a particle accelerator, or some kind of time machine.
Homecourt - Woodwards
With props to the man, Stan Douglas, whose piece can be seen in the backdrop. I really like the colouring in here. Also, what a chilled space. Can’t wait to play some games of dry latenight 21.
Science World
I’m really feeling the crisp December sunny weather we’re getting this week. I took a few photos on my walk home from my last day of classes. This just looked too tempting to not try and capture.
EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE (WHATEVER)
I took this photo from my balcony this morning. The local mountains have snow, the morning light was looking chilled, the trees still have their autumn-coloured leaves, and I’ve been meaning to take this photo for a while. Hello, world.
Tile Staircase - Pacific Centre
I walk by this almost everyday, while scooting through The Bay to get from Canada Line to old Skytrain and back. The tile really reminds me of my parents old house, and the suburbs. There are alot of lines going on here, haven’t decided if I won’t delete this as soon as I post it.
